Evidence before a badge
How we verify quality experts.
Four checks, reviewed by people. A public listing only after all four are complete.
Track record review
We read roles held, years of experience and notable projects. We look for the work the expert actually led and the outcomes they can explain. Customer names may be anonymised.
Certification check
We review uploaded proof and check with issuing bodies where possible. A certificate is evidence of a qualification, not a substitute for practical judgement.
Expert questions
Scenario questions are selected for the applicant’s specialties. A Shuri reviewer and a senior peer score answers from 1–5 against a rubric: technical correctness, evidence, risk judgement, practical sequence and communication.
Reference calls
We contact two professional references to confirm the expert’s role, conduct and quality of work. Unresolved concerns are reviewed before any listing.
