Tharam by Shuri AI Labs helps South India’s manufacturing suppliers meet the quality standards of every global customer they serve, without redoing the same paperwork for each one.

Cars, phones, two-wheelers, pumps and rocket components carry global names. Many of their parts are made between Chennai, Hosur, Bengaluru and Coimbatore — by Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers who run quality on spreadsheets and the memory of a few experienced people.
A 200-person supplier in Hosur might machine brackets for a German carmaker, a Korean carmaker and an aerospace prime at once. Each wants the paperwork its own way: VDA 6.3 audits, Korean supplier quality rules, AS9100D — all layered with customer-specific requirements on top of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
Each wants PPAP, FMEA, control plans and 8D in its own template. Most requirements overlap; one good traceability procedure can satisfy all three. But a three-to-five-person quality team has no time to map the overlap, so the same work is rewritten for every customer, part and audit.

தரம் பேசுவோம்
Conversations in Tamil with the people who run quality on South India's shop floors. PPAP, 8D, audits and FMEA explained the way they're actually done.
AI drafts. Your quality head checks, reviews and signs. No document goes to a customer without human approval.
Used only to do your work. Never shared with other suppliers. Not used to train models.
Requirements, clauses and evidence stay connected so your team can check the reasoning, not take it on trust.
We work beside quality teams, with real part data and real customer formats. Not in a demo room.
More global customers bring more standards, more formats and more expectations to the same supplier.
Models like Claude can work with procedures, customer manuals and quality records. Expert review still matters.
ERP manages transactions. QMS manages records. The overlap between your customers’ requirements still lives in your quality head’s memory.
Our team works in your plant, on your parts.
We set up the PPAP and 8D templates your customers already accept.
Features are prioritised by what alpha partners need.
A small group of design partners in the Chennai–Hosur auto corridor. PPAP and 8D first. On-site weekly.
More suppliers and standards: electronics, aerospace, precision machining. Audit readiness and questionnaires.
Any multi-customer supplier, plus a programme for Tier 1s.
Tharam is an AI quality workspace for manufacturing suppliers serving multiple customers. It maps overlapping requirements and drafts quality documents in each customer’s format, with a human quality head reviewing and signing off.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers serving two or more automotive, electronics or aerospace customers. Our first alpha partners are in the Chennai–Hosur automotive corridor.

Your data is used only to do your work. It is not sold, shared with other suppliers or used to train models. Application information and certification proofs are restricted to authorised Shuri reviewers.
We start with the Excel sheets, documents and customer templates you already use. During alpha, we work with your team to understand the handoffs. ERP integrations will be assessed with partners, not promised before they are ready.
No. Tharam helps your team and consultants spend less time rewriting paperwork. Expert judgement, facilitation and approval remain human work.
A directory of manufacturing quality specialists. We review their track record, check certifications where possible, have reviewers score specialty questions, and call professional references. Verification is dated and renewed every 12 months.
Yes. Register your expertise, provide your track record and answer scenario questions. Your public listing appears only after verification.
Alpha use is free. We ask your quality head for an hour a week and work with your team on-site. Alpha partners receive founding-partner pricing at launch; launch prices are not set yet.
Tell us where Tamil would help your team. We are building with South Indian suppliers; Tamil workflows will be assessed with alpha partners. Customer submissions remain in the language and format the customer requires.
