What we collect
Alpha applications collect your name, role, company, plant location, phone, optional work email, standards and optional description of quality work. Expert applications collect your professional profile, specialties, experience, certifications and proof files, project examples, scenario answers, two professional references and consent. Introduction requests collect your name, company, phone and the help you need. Resource suggestions collect the organisation, website, category and description. Approved testimonials include a quote, name, role, company and city, with consent.
Why we collect it
We use alpha applications to contact potential design partners and understand their quality workflows. Expert applications support our verification checks and, after approval, a public professional listing. References are contacted only with the applicant’s consent. Introduction requests help us arrange relevant expert introductions. Suggestions help us maintain the resources directory.
Who sees it
Authorised Shuri reviewers can access submitted applications, private certificate proofs, references and requests. Only verified experts’ public professional fields are listed: name, headline, city, experience, specialties, industries, services, certification names, languages and verification date. Phone numbers, email addresses, certificate numbers, proof files, references and scenario answers are never part of the public listing. Testimonials appear only with consent and approval.
Your data is not a product
We do not sell your data, share supplier work with other suppliers or use it to train AI models. We use service providers, including Lovable Cloud for secure storage and sign-in, only to operate the service. Tharam is built on Anthropic’s Claude; supplier work is used only to do that supplier’s work.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while reviewing an application, maintaining a verified listing or supporting an active relationship. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@shuriailabs.in. We may need to retain limited records where legally required; we will explain any such exception.
